Sticky and White...? - cervix right before menstruation

(I want my period, beginning on November 18. 8 days.)

When I checked my throat today morning I had SOFT / WHITE / Sticky MOCO

and my neck is very tight I mean CLOSED! (Strong) ?????? weired

Ive never seen this before? If menstruation approaches and how is your cervical mucus and would that be?

And the cervix is open? smooth? before menstruation?

They think they know! lol I have 3 children.
But this time, IM planning.
and it is so different.
