In a very basic level ...
Plug the microphone into a canal on the desktop via an XLR microphone cable.
Adjust the preamp gain, so that the signal is strong, but not to override.
Leave the EQ flat, although (according to what the microphone is used) you can rent HPF / lo-cut, if a blender (or just some bass EQ).
Make sure that the channel will be assigned to the main outs (unsure whether this small mixer, anyway).
Perform the L + R main results of the mixer to the speakers with two XLR cables. Turn on the speaker, and I probably choose your operating level / operators in the unit, so you have more control over the volume of the table.
Move the master control and channel fader to appropriate desired level.
Connected to the main output of your mixer to the line input on the speakers, you can either XLR or 1-Wire \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ using 4-inch cable, depending on the Type of output connector on the mixer and speaker jacks
